邻甲氧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯与铜显色反应的研究及应用

摘    要:本文研究了邻甲氧基苯基重氮氨基偶氯苯(o-MDAA)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。试验表明:在TritonN-101存在下及pH10.5~11.1的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,铜(Ⅱ)和o-MDAA形成1:3的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于540nm,对比度110nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε540=1.11×105L.mol-1.cm-1。铜量在0~4.0μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。试验了20余种共存离子的影响,与巯基棉或萃取分离结合,测定了铝合金及花生中的微量铜,结果满意。

Abstract:The sensitive colour reaction of Cu2+ with o-methoxydiazoaminoazobenzene(o-MDAA)is studied in the paper.It is shown that the red comPlex is formed in PH 10.5~ 11.1 Na2B4O7-NaOH medium and in the presence of triton N-101.The molar ratio of Cu2+ to o-MDAA in the complex is 1:3.λmax of the complex is at 540nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.11×105L.mol-1.cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed up to 4.0μg/10ml for Cu2+.The interference and its eliminations are studied. This method is applied to determine trace ammounts of copper in aluminium alloy and peanut with satisfactory results.
