钢绳芯胶带接头抽动监测装置的研究

摘    要:研究了恶劣环境下钢绳芯胶带的运行状况。根据电磁感应原理对钢绳芯的运行状况进行在线监测;对强力胶带的钢绳芯采用等空间间隔技术,由计算机进行数据快速采集、处理,实现对胶带钢绳芯的实时无损探伤检测、显示,检测报告打印、故障报警。可预防钢绳芯胶带在运行过程中出现的断带停产事故,是矿井安全生产中重要的预防性保护措施。

Abstract:This paper investigates into the operation conditions of steel-cord belts in adverse circumstances, and develops a real time on-line monitoring system of electromagnetic induction for this complex control object. With isometric space technology of automatic real time on-line data gathering and processing, a computer successfully realizes real-time non-destructive testing (NDT) of steel-cord belts as well as such functions as on-line display, data storage, data reporting and accident alarming.This system proved to be an important precautionary protective measure to the safety production of coal collieries, as it can help prevent production accidents caused by the failure of steel reinforced belts.
