浒苔实验生态的初步研究

摘    要:浒苔实验生态研究结果表明∶浒苔对海水温度、盐度、 pH值和光照强度的适应范围分别为 10~ 30℃、 7.2~ 53.5、 6~ 9、 1 000~ 1 0000 lx;最适范围分别为 15~ 25℃、 20.2~ 26.9、 7~ 9、 5 000~ 6 000 lx。浒苔在睛天室外 (光照强度 >7000 lx)干露 24 h仍存活;在阴凉暗处 (光照强度

Abstract:The results of study on experimental ecology of Enteromorpha prolifera(Miill.)show that the suitable ranges of growth factors of Enteromorpha prolifera(Miill.),are temperature 10~ 30 ℃ ,sea water salinity 7.2~ 53.5,pH value 6~ 9 and light intensity 1 000~ 10 000 lx;and the best suitable ranges are temperature 15~ 25 ℃ , sea water salinity 20.2~ 26.9,pH value 7~ 9 and light intensity 5 000~ 6 000 lx. Enteromorpha prolifera(Miill.)still survives after 24 h exposed to the sunlight and still survives after 48 h exposed to the darkness. In the same conditions, for Enteromorpha prolifera(Miill.)adhering material,the plank is the best one, the blue nylon net, white ABS plastics and stones are better ones; blue glass and dark rubber are worse ones; sand, sea mud and bamboo clappers are the worst ones.
