基础变形模量不确定条件下拱坝最大有限元等效应力分析

摘    要:为研究基础变形模量的不确定性对拱坝应力的影响,建立以基础变形模量为设计变量、以坝体应力为目标函数的计算拱坝最大应力的最优化模型;利用均匀试验设计法构造拱坝最大有限元等效应力与基础变形模量之间的二阶多项式响应面。工程实例分析表明,所建立的响应面模型具有较高的精度,当已知基础变形模量变化范围时可以较好地确定拱坝的最大有限元等效应力。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of uncertainty of the deformation modulus of a foundation rock mass on the stress of arch dams,an optimization model for calculation of the maximal stress of arch dams is proposed with the design variables being the deformation modulus of the foundation rock mass and the objective function being the maximal stress of the arch dams.The relationship of an arch dam’s maximal finite element equivalent stress and the deformation modulus of foundation rock mass is described with a second order polynomial response surface,which was established using the uniform experimental design method.An engineering example shows that the response surface has high precision,and when the upper and lower limit of the deformation modulus of the foundation rock mass are known,the method presented in this paper can be used to accurately calculate the maximal finite element equivalent stress.
