闭环伺服系统的数学模型研究

摘    要:在数控机床中,伺服系统是数控装置和机床的中间联接环节,是数控系统的重要组成部分,伺服系统接受来自伺服控制器的进给脉冲,经变换和放大后转化为机床工作台的位移,使工作台跟随机指令脉冲移动。本文研究的内容,就是伺服系统的数学模型分析,该研究结果为伺服系统的动、静态性能分析提供理论基础。

Abstract:Servo system, which connects the numerically-controlled machine tool and its numer center, is an important part in numerically-controlled systems. It receives action pulses from servo controller, which are amplified and converted to drive servo actuator. In this paper, the principles and methods of SERVO system model are presented and researched. Dynamic mathematical model based on typically control theory is proposed. The results are theory bases for transient and steady performance analysis of servo system.
