| 摘 要： | 将遗传模糊系统引入分类器融合，并且提出了一种快速的遗传模糊系统设计方法，在该方法中对传统的产生初始群体的方法和交叉操作进行了改进．本文方法在从ELENA数据集和UCI数据集中选择的3个大样本数据集上进行了测试，与当前有代表性的分类器融合方法进行了比较实验．实验结果表明，该方法在缩短训练时间以后仍然能够得到模糊规则数少，分类精度高的分类器融合系统．

| Abstract: | This paper introduces genetic-fuzzy system in to classifier combination,and proposes a fast genetic-fuzzy system designing method in which the traditional method for generating the initial popu- lation and the cross operator are improved.The proposed method is tested on three large data sets from ELENA database and UCI database,and is compared with typical classifier combination methods.The experimental results show that our new approach can get the classifier combination system with few fuzzy rules and high classification accuracy after greatly reducing the training time. |
