随着竞走技术水平的不断发展和提高,竞走比赛愈加紧张激烈,这就增加了裁判员工作的难度.现代竞走运动对裁判员的能力提出了更高的要求,因为运动员在比赛中能否正常发挥附合规则的技术,这和裁判员的工作有直接关系,所以,建设一支高水平的裁判员队伍,是加速我省竞走运动发展的关键所在。

As the level of walking develops,this walking contest becomes more intensifying and competitive. Accordingly,the judges may encounter more difficulties in their work. Threrfore modrn walking race requires them to improve their ability. For whether athletes can learn the skills that are in agreement with the rules and whether they can give full play to their level are connected with the work of the judges. Thus,the training of some high-level judges is the key to speeding up the dvevlopment of walking in our province.
