摩擦副本体温度的计算模型

摘    要:本文建立了一个传热系统模型,它只考虑摩擦副接触区的几何形状,表层材料的物理参数和表面上的润滑油的物理参数。通过系统分析和能量方程导出稳定导热方程的定解问题,考虑摩擦副表面和侧面上的润滑油的强迫流动及其对流换热,给出了一个相对简单的摩擦副本体温升的理论解。结果表明,低速情况下,摩擦副接触长度显著影响其本体温升,接触长度愈长,本体温升愈高;高速情况下,接触长度对本体温升影响不大;通过侧面对流换热冷却能有效地降低摩擦表面的本体温升。

Abstract:Develops a model of heat transfer system, of which only the geometry of contact area of a friction pair and the physical parameters of surface material and of lubricant used are involved.The differential equation of steady thermal conduction, derived from an energy equation, is solved through analysis of system. A relatively simple solution is thus given theoretically to the bulk temperature of the friction pair,taking account of the forced flow and its con-vective heat-exchange of the lubricant on the surface and lateral of the friction pair. The results indicate that the contact length of the friction pair has a significant influence on the bulk temperature rising in the pair at a low speed, i. e., the longer the contact length, the higher the temperature rising will be. However, it will have no great influence on the bulk temperature rising at a high speed. The lateral cooling of convective heat-exchange is proved available to lower the bulk temperature rising on friction surface.
