大连市城市生活垃圾处理现状与发展

大连市城市生活垃圾处理现状与大连市整洁的外观及国家旅游城市的美名并不相符．城市生活垃圾的收运现状、收运设施设备现状、尤其是末端处理现状都需要加以改善．针对这些情况大连市做出了努力：推广了地埋式清洁柜，计划建设垃圾中转站；更新引进先进的垃圾收运设施；封场覆盖绿化前两期填埋区，三期应急处置工程已经建成，再配合渗滤液处理厂、沼气收集发电项目以及垃圾焚烧处理项目，大连市垃圾处理状况将会有很大的改善．

The Situation and Development of Living Wastes Disposition in DaLian

The situation of the disposition of living wastes in Dalian city does not match its trim appearance and the reputation of the national tourist attraction. Transportation, equipment and especially terminal disposition of living wastes all need to be improved. Some effort has been made. Underground dustbins are being used widely. Waste - transfer stations are planning to be built. New equipment for transporting wastes has been brought in. After well dealing with the first and the second terminal station, the new station has been built. With some additional projects, there must be great improvement of the situation.
