摘    要:研究了林业削片机刀片新材料YK钢奥氏体化条件对淬火效果的影响.探索了奥氏体化温度与时间对奥氏体晶粒度的影响,以及奥氏体化条件与淬火硬度、残余奥氏体及回火转变之间的关系.结果表明:针对新钢种的化学成分与刀片的服役要求,适当提高奥氏体化温度,并合理利用其二次硬化现象,可有效发挥新材料的性能潜力.

Abstract:The effect of austenitizing conditions on the hardening results of YK steel used for wood-chip cutter is investigated. The influence of austenitizing temperature and time on the austenite grain size, the relationships between austenitization and quenching hardness and the effect of the retained austenite on tempering transformation are discussed. The result shows that the performance of the new type steel, according to the chemical compositions and the service conditions of machine knives, can be improved by means of proper austenitizing and its secondary hardening.
