| 摘 要： | 通过建立全模式化的目标函数及约束条件模型 ,将棒线材轧制过程优化问题归结为带有不等式约束条件的非线性规划问题。对约束条件采用 ALM法处理 ,对新的无约束目标函数采用 BFGS法寻优计算。该优化系统计算效率及精度高 ,且算法稳定 |

| Abstract: | By building absolutely modular object function and restrictive condition model,the optimization problem for bar stock rolling process has been turned into a non linear scheme question with restrictive condition of inequality.ALM method is used to deal with the restrictive condition and BFGS method adopted to seek after the best calculating result for the remained object function without restrictive condition.The calculation efficiency and precision of the optimization system are high.Furthermore,the calculating method is stable. |
