| 摘 要： | 高校教师作为对学生实施思想政治教育的重要主体,其思想政治状况理应引起人们的高度重视.但事实上,目前有关高校教师思想政治教育的研究还比较薄弱,研究成果还不多,研究的力度和深度还有待加强.为此,必须多方着力,切实提升高校教师思想政治工作的实效性,具体来说,就是要明确一个目的,加强两项工作,创新三种机制,理顺四大关系.

| Abstract: | University teachers are the principal part of implementing ideological and political education of students but their own situation of ideological and political education should be attached great importance to.Actually,researches on their education are very slight nowadays and relative study should be strengthened.In view of this case,the substantial results in teachers' ideological and political education must be promoted in efforts from all levels.Specifically speaking,that refers to one aim: intensifying two pieces of work,innovating two mechanisms and putting in order four sorts of relationship. |
