| 摘 要： | 为了开拓立方氮化硼铰刀的加工范围,本文提出了一种新的孔机械加工工艺方案,用以加工扳手钻夹头钴休孔(三斜孔),分析了现行工艺存在的问题,论述了研制出的一种用于孔类精加工的大铰削量立方氮化硼铰刀,其中包括这种铰刀的设计、使用以及铰削质量和技术经济分析。

| Abstract: | In order to develop the machining range of cubic boron nitride reamer, the article presents a new technological scheme of holes machining for reaming on drill body of a wrench chuck (three awry holes), analyses the problems existing in current technology, and explains the cubic boron nitride reamer studied and made for finish cutting of holes with great reaming, including its design, application, reaming quality and technical economieal analysis. |
