Reflections on University Teachers'Role-Playing Through Theoretical Analysis of Philosophy and Sociology

In order to get a panoramic view on university teachers'role-playing,it is essential to apply different perspectives of theoretical analysis,which includes three aspects in the following: one is to combine the theory of role-playing with the Criticism in terms of sociology,another is the synthesis of epistemology and existentialism in terms of philosophy,the third is to interpret the practices of both collectives and individuals,therefore a much more comprehensive and authentic recognition can be achieved than before.
