中锰白口铸铁强韧化的研究

摘    要:本文通过对不同工艺处理的中锰白口铸铁组织、性能的综合分析,研究了有关中锰白口铸铁强韧化的方法,得出综合采取变质处理、锻造,锻后热处理能显著提高中锰白口铸铁强韧性的结论,同时对中锰白口铸铁锻造性能,最佳锻造工艺、锻后热处理组织、性能进行了详细论述。指出形变热处理是提高中锰白口铸铁强韧性的最有效方法。

Abstract:The structure and properties of a medium manganese white cast iron processed by different methods were analysed. It was concluded that by means of modification, forging together with suitable post -forge heat treatment can remarkably improve both the strength and ductility of the material. The forgeability. Optimun forging scheme and the post -forge heat treated structure and properties are discussed in detail. It is pointed out that aus-forging is the most effective way to improve the strength anj ductility of the medium manganese white cast iron.
