| 摘 要： | 用工厂生产中一实例介绍滚珠滚压工艺在油 (气 )缸缸筒加工中的应用 ,叙述了该工艺的全过程以及滚压工具的构造特点 ,分析了实施滚压工艺的各项技术参数及其选择的原则 ,并运用有关计算公式印证了该工艺在生产实际中所具有的显著的技术经济效益 ,指出在生产实际操作中运用此工艺应注意的技术问题。

| Abstract: | In this article,the author discusses the application of ball rolling technique to the process of cylinder,narrates the process and structural speciality of rolling apporatus by analysing the rule and parameters of fulfiling rolling technique.Its striking technical-economy effect is proved by operation of mathematical formula and the preparation information in process is pointed out. |
