摘    要:建设一支素质高、能力强的干部队伍是完成学校各项建设任务、推动学校发展的关键。为了减少高校选人用人失察失误,就当前高校选拔任用干部工作的情况,选人用人失察失误表现、原因及对策等方面进行探索研究。

Abstract:In order to accomplish colleges construction task and advance colleges development, it is essential to build up a team of cadres of all ranks with higher qualities and abilities. This article focuses on exploring the condi- tions of selecting and appointing cardes, the manifestation and the factors of failing to supervise subordinates, and the countermeasures of reducing failure to supervise subordinates in selecting and appointing cadres of all ranks at colleges.
