| Abstract: | In order to accomplish colleges construction task and advance colleges development, it is essential to build up a team of cadres of all ranks with higher qualities and abilities. This article focuses on exploring the condi- tions of selecting and appointing cardes, the manifestation and the factors of failing to supervise subordinates, and the countermeasures of reducing failure to supervise subordinates in selecting and appointing cadres of all ranks at colleges. |
