知母皂苷的体内外代谢研究进展

摘    要:知母皂苷是一系列来源于中药知母的、具有多种药理活性的甾体皂苷类天然产物。通过对近年来国内外关于知母皂苷体体内外研究的文献进行综述,有利于深入探索该类成分体内药效的物质基础和作用机制,为进一步研究知母皂苷的药理作用提供化学物质依据,为新药研发提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Timosaponins, a series of steroid saponins isolated from Anemarrhena asphodeloides were confirmed to possess many pharmacological activities. In this paper, the metabolism studies of timosaponins in vitro and in vivo were reviewed, which would be a foundation for the further exploration of the effective material basic and mechanism of these compounds. It could provide not only chemical basis for the further study of the pharmacological effects of timosaponins but also some theoretical basis for new drug development and application.
