农药与癌症

摘    要:根据癌症的发生机理,癌症可因毒物的遗传毒性或非遗传毒性所致,其发病过程包括启动、促进、演变3个阶段。已有的研究结果表明,部分农药可能作为非遗传毒性致癌物影响人体内分泌系统、免疫系统而促进癌症的发生。在现行农药安全性评价程序中,对农药的促癌作用尚未涉及.需要完善。尽管农药具有促癌风险,但是总体而言风险较小并且可以控制,故不应该成为过分限制甚至取缔农药使用的理由。

Abstract:According to the occurrence mechanism, the cancer may be caused by genetic toxicity or nongenetic toxicity.And it experiences 3 stages including initial stage, promotion stage and progress stage. According to the studies conducted these years, some pesticides may act as nongenetic toxicants to promote cancer occurrence by damaging endocrine system or immune system. The present pesticide risk assessment procedure needs modification for it does not involve the cancer promotion risk assessment of pesticides. Despite the cancer promotion risk found in some pesticides, the pesticides should not be over limited or even forbidden for the risk is comparatively little and can be controlled.
