摘    要:报道了一种自组装固定相的HPLC聚合物柱。苯乙烯,二乙烯苯,Victgo2100和稀释剂反应形成多孔微粒,这些微粒的表面覆盖了一层Victo2100的中间脂肪段,这一层C18膜就是固定相。本方法制备的HPLC柱分离芳香族化合物,柱效高而压力低。

Abstract:The polymer column for HPLC using self assembling stationary phase has been developed. The styrene, divinylbenzene,Victo 2100 and diluent to form uniform connected non porous spheres. These polystyrene divinylbenzene spheres were coated with the aliphatic middle block of Victo 2100, which serve as the stationary phase . The present column were used to separate aromatic carbohydrate with high column efficiencies and low back pressure.
