基于神经网络的感应电机矢量控制系统

摘    要:根据感应电机矢量变换控制原理,提出了一种由人工神经网络磁链与转矩估计器、神经网络解耦控制器和神经网络转矩控制器组成感应电机的矢量控制系统。文中介绍了感应电机矢量变换控制的基本方程,并根据这些基本方程分别建立了人工神经网络磁链与转矩估计器、神经网络解耦控制器和神经网络转矩控制器,并给出了部分测试结果。最后从系统的仿真计算结果可以看出,这种基于多个神经网络控制环节组成的感应电机矢量控制系统具有良好的性能

Abstract:According to the principle of the vector control of induction motors, a novel vector controlled system was presented. The control system consists of the neural network estimator of the flux and torque, the neural network decoupling controller and the neural network torque controller. In this paper, the fundamental equations of induction motor for the vector control were introduced. According to the equations, the artificial neural network (ANN) flux and torque estimator, the ANN decoupling controller and the ANN torque controller were built separately, and some test results were given. Finally, the simulation result shows that the neural network control blocks based vector controlled system has better performance.
