系统多层次灰色熵优选理论及其应用

摘    要:根据流域实际情况建立了综合评价梯级水电开发的评价指标体系.提出系统多层次灰色熵优选模型,由系统论将决策水利水电方案的影响因素分成若干个子系统,每个子系统由相应的评价指标组成.首先根据评价指标的灰色关联系数,由熵权法计算出各指标的权重,然后得到各个子系统组成的关联度矩阵,类似求出各子系统的权重,最后由子系统权重和关联系数求出系统的综合评价关联度,由关联度的大小对水利水电系统中的方案排序.将模型应用于西藏尼洋河流域规划建设的7座梯级水电站,得到符合实际情况的电站建设顺序.

Abstract:An evaluation indicator system for synthetically evaluating the development of cascaded hydropower station is established.The system multi-level gray entropy optimization model is put forward through the decision influence factors of water conservancy and hydropower schemes is divided into sub-systems based on the system theory and the each sub-system is constituted by some evaluation indicators.Firstly,according to the gray correlation coefficient of evaluation indicators,the indicators weight is computer by the entropy weight method.Then,the correlation degree matrix of each sub-system is get and each sub-system weight is similarly calculated.Finally,the system general evaluation correlation degree is computed according to the sub-system weight and gray correlation coeficient and the water conservancy hydropower schemes is sequenced by the evaluation correlation degree.The model is applied in 7 cascaded hydropower stations of Tibet Niyang River Basin and a proper station building order is achieved.
