净化NOX生物膜填料塔的微生物分析

摘    要:使用生物膜填料塔净化烟气中的NOx.实验结果表明,循环液pH、循环液流量、NOx气体进口浓度、气体流量对生物膜填料塔的NOx净化效率和生化去除量有显著影响.在NOx进口气体浓度为900mg/m3、气体流量为0.2m3/h、循环液pH为6.0、循环液流量为10L/h的最佳操作条件下,生物膜填料塔可以脱除烟气中80%左右的NOx.生物膜微生物的优势种为少动鞘氨醇单胞菌,通过平板计数法得到的生物膜最大活菌数为1.455×107CFU/g.

Abstract:A biotrickling filter was used to removing waste gas containing NOx.The results showed that,the pH of the circulated liquid,the circulated liquid flow,NOx concentration in influent gas and gas flow would affect the removal efficiency and bio-elimination capacity of NOx significantly.When the NOx concentration of influent gas,gas flow,the pH of circulated liquid and circulated liquid flow are 900mg/m3,0.2 m3/h,pH6.0,10L/h respectively,the removal efficiency of NOx could be achieved about 80%.The dominant mic...
