| 摘 要： | 文章深入研究了胡锦涛关于依法治国的论述,指出依法治国应包括的三个要素:相对完备的法律制度,全社会形成了一定水平的法律意识和法制观念,依法执政、依法行政、依法办事和公正司法.同时认为胡锦涛的论述深化了人们对依法治国基本方略的认识,指明了全面落实依法治国的基本方略要抓好的三个方面的工作.

| Abstract: | The theory on governing the country with law by Hu Jin-tao is illustrated deeply in this paper.There are three basic elements about ruling the country according to law: more effective law system,stronger cognition about law,doing everything according to law.Hu Jin-tao s speech deepens our cognition of the theory about socialist legal construction and points out the three tasks we must do to govern the country with law. |
