体育新课程模式对大学生心理健康指标的影响

摘    要:采用文献资料法、调查法对高校体育现行课程设置和教学模式的现状进行调查与分析,对不同体育课程模式下大学生的心理健康指标进行了测试.结果表明:采用新体育课程模式后,除“强迫”和“敌对性”因子没有显著差异外,其他因子均存在显著差异;被试对SCL-90各个维度的评价因子分至2和因子分至3评价的人数也显著降低,其与全国常模检出率的比较相对于实验前有明显的改善.

Abstract:By using the methods of literature, documentary and investigation, the current situation about curriculum system and teaching modes of physical education in college were surveyed and analyzed, and students'psychological indicators under different modes of physical education curriculum were measured. The results showed that under new physical education curriculum mode all psychological indicators had significant differences except for factors of "forced" and "appositive" ; the figures in scores ≥ 2 and scores ≥ 3 of various dimensional evaluation factors in SCL- 90 decreased significantly and had remarkable improvement, compared with the figures before experiment in terms of the detecting ratio of national norm.
