| 摘 要： | 重型卡车品种繁多,各类车型对前轮定位参数的要求各不相同,文章基于车辆结构参数和轮胎侧偏特性建立前轮转向回正后回正力矩数学模型,从理论上获得重型卡车前轮主销后倾角的计算公式,根据转向回正力矩与回正阻力矩平衡方程式,以某重型自卸车为例,计算其主销后倾角,按照国标GB/T6323.4的要求进行转向回正试验,验证了理论分析和设计计算的正确性,为后期重型卡车设计提供了理论参考.

| Abstract: | The heavy truck has many varieties, and different requirements for front wheel alignment. This paper establishes the mathematical model of self-alignment moment of force based on the cornering properties of the vertical tire, and obtains the calculating equations of caster angle of the heavy truck's front wheel in theory. And the paper calculates the caster angle of the heavy truck based on the heavy dump truck. In the light of the state standard GB/T6323. 4, the properties of cornering and self aligning were tested. The test proved that the theoretical analysis and the calculating method of caster were correct. |
