| 摘 要： | 在介绍层次分析法和三角模糊数的基础上,将两者结合起来,构建了一种思路清晰、便于处理的权重计算方法,既克服了权重确定的随意性,又充分考虑了人类思维判断的模糊性.并以高校内部考核中教师队伍建设工作的各项评价指标权重的确定为例进行了分析,其结果得到了专家和被考核单位的认可.

| Abstract: | The author combines AHP and triangle fuzzy number to establish a clear and easy-dealt weight computational method based on the introduction of the AHP and triangle fuzzy number, which has both overcome the arbitrariness of the weight determination and fully considered the fuzziness of human thought judgment. Moreover, the author analyses its application,which hasbeen approved by experts and-the assessed units, in the interior evaluation of universities with the example of the weight determination for each evaluation target about the teacher group construction. |
