开设大学体育游戏课的必要性研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等对宁夏大学新开设的体育游戏课进行了一年的跟踪调查，研究结果表明，体育游戏课对提高大学生参与体育运动的意识，培养其学习体育的兴趣，促进身心健康殛协调发展有着重要作用，对大学体育课内客和形式的创新具有一定的现实意义．

Necessity of the Creativity on College Physical Education

Through data research, questionnaire inquiry and other methods, the author, in this paper, follows and studies the sports game class newly offered in Ningxia University for one year, and finds out that it's necessary and realistic to offer physical education class creatively in universities. In fact, the method can not only improve the awareness of the college students to participate in the sports, but also nurture their interest in sports, promote their physical and physiological health so as to develop coordinately; moreover, it can help promote their lifelong awareness to take part in sports.
