论从儒家"民本"向现代"民主"的转换

儒家“民本”是中国传统政治文化的核心，它凸显了民众在国家中的基础性地位，强调统治者为政要以民为本，爱护民众。作为特定历史时期的产物，儒家“民本”思想一方面蕴含着超越性的永恒价值，另一方面又不可避免地具有其自身所无法克服的历史局限性。坚持马克思主义批判继承的科学方针，实现儒家“民本”向现代“民主”的转换，对当前中国坚定“执政为民”理念，建设服务型政府有着重要的借鉴意义。

On the Conversion from Confucian's People -based Political Idea to Modern Democracy

As the core of Chinese traditional political culture,Confucian's people-based political idea gives prominence to the basic status of people in the country and stresses the people-oriented management.As a result of a specific period of time,it,on the one hand,contains an everlasting value of surpassing,but on the other hand,inevitably has its own historical limitation.So based on the scientific policy of Marxism's critics and inheritance,to realize the conversion of Confucian's people-based political idea to the modern democracy plays an important role in strengthening the idea of establishing a government of the people and for the people in China.
