| 摘 要： | 以信息技术、新材料、生物制药等高科技产业为代表的新经济的发展是世界经济发展潮流,如何给这类成长性的新兴产业筹资融资,实现社会资源的优化配置是促进我国经济发展的关键。本文针对如何实现资金的合理配置,大力发展高科技企业提出相应的措施。
