| 摘 要： | 通过黄河流域宁夏水权转换试点及其可行性研究与分析,对其中转换水量、转换期、转换费用、建设管理等关键技术与方法进行了探讨,并结合宁夏自然条件和引黄灌区渠道工程特点,探索性地提出了有利于农户、企业和国家的黄河流域宁夏水权转换的要点.

| Abstract: | The water right transfering of the Yellow River in Ningxia as a pilot of the Yellow River basin and the analysis of the pilot and feasibility studies of which conversion of water, conversion period, conversion costs, construction management and the other key technologies and methods were explored in this paper. The conversion points for the right for water of the Yellow River in Ningxia, been exploratory made in favor of farmers, businesses and the state, combined with the natural conditions in Ningxia and the characteristics of channel project in the irrigation district of the Yellow River. |
