水环境功能区划中模型计算研究

摘    要:制订污染源控制规划是当前水环境功能区划分中亟待解决的技术关键问题之一.笔者根据物质平衡建立的水质模型,通过采用Visual Basic编程的方法,将入河排污口概化求出概化入河排污口位置;利用影响系数与自净系数和汇流时间关系,通过水质模型的输入响应关系正算,求出目标断面的污染物浓度;按照水环境功能区划拟定的水质目标,反算出达到水质目标时允许排放污染物的量,从而验算区划结果的可达性.

Abstract:Making the control plan of the pollution source is one of the key technical problems that environmental function division of water wants to solve. The authors set up the water quality model according to the material balance. Through adopting Visual Basic programming method, we can work out the position of the pollution outlets which enter the river by melting generally. Using the relation of the influence coefficient with the self- purification coefficient and the a/flux time, we can find the pollutant density at the goal section through the water quality model response to input relations. According to the water quality goal of water environmental function zoning draft, the authors can compute the quantity of the pollutants allowed to discharge when achieving the water quality goal and check calculate the accessibility of the area delimitation result.
