| 摘 要： | 在班级管理工作中,"问题学生"的转化教育是一项经常性工作.如何更好的帮助这部分同学,是班主任的主要职责之一.本文从"问题学生"的特点和成因分析出发,针对有效的转化教育"问题学生"提出用"四心"来转化教育的四点具体对策,并通过笔者具体管理经验作以论证.
