摘    要:针对目前光纤端面检测系统要求体积小、低功耗、便携灵活测量和自动智能化等,开发了一种以三星S3C2440A为处理器的嵌入式光纤端面检测系统,该系统运行在Windows CE操作系统下,以CMOS图像传感器MT9V011和主控芯片0301plh为图像采集模块,利用USB接口进行通信,通过成像系统对光纤接头端面进行了图像采集,并完成了图像显示。分析了硬件系统的原理,完成了具体电路的设计,并进行了硬件系统的调试和相关实验,实验表明本系统可以达到最初的设计要求。

Abstract:In order to design a fiber end face detect system,which requires small volume,low power consumption,portable and flexible measurement,automation and intelligence,an embedded fiber end face detect system that running under Windows CE operating system is developed in this paper.It uses Samsung S3C2440A as the core,CMOS image sensor MT9V011 and main control chip 0301plh as the image capture module.And the image acquisition and display of the fiber end face is completed through the imaging system and USB interface.The theory of the hardware system is analyzed,at the same time we completes the design of the practical circuit,and debugs the hardware system,accomplishes related environments.The results indicate that this system can meet the initial design demands.
