摘    要:严重的水环境污染、大气污染和固体废弃物污染;日益增加的资源短缺,如水资源、耕地资源、森林资源、矿产资源的锐减;生态系统的破坏及其所带来的土地荒漠化;酸雨蔓延;生物多样性减少.不难看出,上述环境问题都是由人类自己制造且大都是现代工业科技的发展的副产品.全球气候变暖、臭氧层破坏、资源枯竭等种种环境问题,哪一样不是人类"作茧自缚",自作自受?人类必须自己救自己.人类应该在可持续发展思想的指引下,进行一次新的工业革命,以解决环境问题求得可持续发展.

Abstract:It is obvious that man himself has caused all the environmental problems, such as the serious pollution of water, air and solid discards, the critical shortage of resources since water, cultivated land, forest, and mine resource are decreasing at a surprising speed, the destruction of ecological system which turns land into desert, the spread of acid rain, and the decreasing of biologic variety, most of which are the by - products of the development of modem industry and technology. The wanning of global temperature, the destruction of ozone layer, and the exhaustion of resources are all made by mankind. Man must save himself and carry out a new industrial revolution to solve the environmental problems with the thought of sustainable development.
