| 摘 要： | 合成了了2,5—噻吩二甲醛双异烟酰腙(H_2TPI)及其与钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)的配合物M(TPI)·nH_2O,M=Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ),n=3,4]。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、磁矩、~1H核磁共振谱、ESR谱、差热分析和x—射线粉末衍射分析等,研究了配合物的组成和性质,并对配合物的抗肿瘤活性作了初步探索。

| Abstract: | The solid complexes of cobaly ( II ) , nickel ( II ) adn copper ( II ) with 2,5 - thio-phenedialdehyde bis (isonicotinoyl hydrazone) (H2TPI) have been synthesized in N, N' -dimethylformamide and ethanol. These complexes have been characterised by elemental analysis, infrared spectra .visible and ultraviolet spectra ,'H n. m. r,magnetic measurements ESRDTA. , and x -ray power diffraction . The new complexes have the composition of M(TPI) nH2OM = Co( II ) ,Ni( II ) or Cu( II ) , n = 3,4]- All the complexes are insoluble in ethanol,acetone,chloroform, ethylether, benzene, tetrachloromethane and water,but slightly soluble in pyridine,N,N -dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoide. Infrared and 'Hn. m. r. spectral studies reveal that H2TPI acts as a negatively bivalent tetradentate ligand in these complexes ,the bonding sites being the azomethine nitrogen and enolate oxygen. The preliminary tests of antitumor show that the cobalt ( I ) complex exhibits certain antitumor activity to EAC. |
