| 摘 要： | 文章根据高师生教学能力素质形式与发展所遵循的一般规律，在课题组多年教学实践的基础上，提出了高师生教学能力素质“四阶段滚动培养模式”，并阐明了该模式的基本内涵，分析了它的若干基本特征。
