南堡油田防塌钻井液技术研究

摘    要:本文详细介绍了南堡油田的基本地质条件。并且在室内实验研究的基础上,首先初步确定了适用于南堡油田的两种防塌钻井液体系——氯化钾-聚合醇钻井液淡水体系和氯化钾-聚合醇钻井液海水体系,并进行了钻井液抗温性、抑制性及滤失性的评价。实验结果表明,这两种体系均具有良好的抑制性和润滑防塌性能,配伍性好,可有效地抑制地层坍塌,从而起到保持井壁稳定的作用,适用于现场应用。

Abstract:The paper has been summed up the basic geological conditions of the Nan Pu oilfield. And on basis studying in interior experiment,the first step has ascertained the main body of a book applying to two kind of Nan Pu oil field defend against collapse borehole liquid system potassium chloride-polymerization alcohol borehole liquid fresh water system and potassium chloride-polymerization alcohol borehole liquid seawater system,have carried out the synthetical borehole liquid function valuation.The experiment bear fruit indicates fine restraint sex and lubrication,this two kinds system have equally to defend against to collapse the function,compatibility are good,may restrain the stratum collapse effectively,get up thereby to keeping the stable effect of well wall.
