摘    要:针对空投弹药入水冲击问题,应用结构振动学理论及相关求解方法,研究了圆柱体在水平入水时与水面发生碰撞瞬间沿长度方向受到水面冲击载荷作用时的弯曲振动响应,建立了数学模型,并利用动力学仿真软件对其入水过程进行了仿真计算.结果表明圆柱体材料弹性模量、截面积、质量和长度对其响应有很大影响,使用文中所采用的解析法可以计算运动体水平撞水瞬间的弯曲振动响应,为空投入水弹药壳体设计提供理论参考.

Abstract:It is known that the air-drop ammunition has to bear instant impact loading when it enters water in horizontal attitude. This paper uses structure vibration theory with relevant solution to calculate the cylinder bending vibration response along the length direction of the ammunition. The mathematical model was established and dynamic simulation software was applied to compute the process of water entry. Results show that the material elastic modulus, section area, quality and length of cylinder have a great influence on its response. The instant bending vibration response of moving body hitting water in horizontal attitude could be computed using proposed analytic method. The obtained results would provide theoretical reference for designing the shell of air-drop ammunition.
