| 摘 要： | 以氧乙酰胺类除草剂为母体结构,设计了两个未见报道的硫乙酰胺类化合物,分别采用2-巯基苯并噻唑和2-巯基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑与2-氯-N-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2)乙酰胺反应进行了合成,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱确定了各化合物的结构,同时进行了除草活性筛选,均具有除草活性。

| Abstract: | Two thiacetamides were designed and synthesized on the basis of the herbicides of oxyacetamides by the reaction of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and 2-mercapto-5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole with 2-chloro-N-(4,6-dimethoxylpyrimidine-2-yl)acetamide. Their chemical structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis. The result of the biological tests showed that they have herbicidal activities. |
