砧-穗间作用对凤凰-51葡萄过氧化物酶同工酶的影响(初报)

摘    要:本文通过对嫁接在不同砧木上的凤凰─51葡萄品种叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶的分析,证明砧木对接穗的酶谱具有一定的影响,但作用点及程度因砧木不同而有所差异,其中龙眼砧对凤凰─51影响较小,酶谱基本维持接穗品种原有的型式;贝达砧对其影响较大,酶谱与砧木基本一致;而在凤凰─51/凤凰─29组合中,出现了在砧木和接穗中均不存在的新酶带。通过分析,认为砧木对接穗影响的最终作用点是基因,由砧木运至接穗的物质对其基因表达发生了一定的影响。

Abstract:The peroxidase isozymcs in scions from the premature strain of grapevine named Phoenix-51 in China are affected by the stocks including Longyan,Beta and Phonix-29.There arc some differences in the acting points and degree with different stocks. It is suggested that the final acting points are genes and the gene expression is controlled by the material transferred from stocks to scions.
