摘    要:将天青Ⅰ自组装在金电极表面,以交流阻抗技术和光谱技术研究了天青Ⅰ自组装膜与DNA分子的相互作用.天青Ⅰ与DNA作用使电极的本体阻抗发生变化并结合光谱分析技术研究,发现这种作用既包括静电作用又包括镶嵌作用.该方法不仅可以反映DNA与小分子间发生了作用,同时还可以对DNA进行半定量分析,是一种快速、简便、廉价的检测DNA与小分子相互作用的新方法.

Abstract:The electrochemical characteristics of DNA were studied on an electrode modified with azure. AC impedance method and UV-vis spectra were used to measure the interaction between DNA and azure. From the experiment results, we can see that the semicircle part of the AC impedance was enlarged dramatically after the azure modified electrode had an interaction with DNA. It is sure that there was interaction between DNA and azure. This interaction consists of static action and besetment action, which was also certified by UV-Vis spectra. There is also linear between the concentration of DNA and the impedance, which can be used as a half quantified analysis to DNA. AC impedance is proved to be a new, rapid and simple way to detect the interaction of DNA and small molecule.
