煤炭地下气化“三带”特征及影响变量的研究

摘    要:阐述了煤炭地下气化的原理,根据气化煤层的温度、主要化学反应及煤气成份的不同,将气化过程沿气通道划分为3个带,即氧化带、还原带和干馏干燥带。分析了“三带”的物理化学特征,并讨论了主要变量--温度、水涌入速率、鼓风的量与质、煤层厚度、操作压力以及气化通道的长度和断面对煤气质量的影响及各变量之间的相互关系。为进一步探讨煤炭地下气化过程和影响因素、预测产品煤气的组成、选择最佳控制参数以及确定适宜的气化工艺,提供了必要的依据。

Abstract:The principle of undergound coal gasification is explained in this paper. According to the temperature of the gasification coal seam, main chemical reactions and the different coal gas compositions, the gasification process along the tunnel is divided into three zones, which are oxidation zone, reduction zone and destructive distillation and dry zone. The essay also analyses the physicochemical characteristics of the three zones mentioned above, and discusses the effects and their relations of the major variables - temperature, water flow rate, quantity and quality of blast, coal seam thickness, operating pressure and length and section of the gasification tunnel on the coal gas quality. It provides the necessary basis for further probing the process of the underground coal gasification and influence factors, predicting compositions of product gas, selecting optimistical control parameters and determining suitable gasification craft.
