催化胺化法合成2,2,6,6—四甲基—4—哌啶胺

摘    要:本文是善于,2,6,6-四甲基-4哌啶酮催化胺化合成胺阻胺光稳定剂中间体2,2,6,6,四甲基-4-哌啶胺的研究。文中选用2骨架镍催化剂,系统地研究了反应温度、压力、时间、原料摩尔比、原料纯度等对反应的影响,在最佳条件下,2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺产率可达94.5%,实际收率82%。

Abstract:The catalytic amination of 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidone to 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidiamine is studied in this work.Raney Ni was used as catalyst.The reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,pressure,time,molar ratio and the purity of raw material were investigated systematically.The optimal conditions for the maximum yield of 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidiamine were obtained.
