气液两相流中液速的电化学测量

摘    要:理论推导了扩散电流与液速的模型方程,得到了解析解。以此为基础,进行了气液两相中液速电化学测量仪的开发与研究,对电极的材料、形状进行了优选,对电极插入流场而引起的测量偏差进行了补偿,开消除了气相的干扰。应用该注速测量仪研究了下喷环流生物反应器中的液速分布,证实了该气液两相流中液速测量方法的可行性。

Abstract:Model equations of diffusion electric currents and liquid rates were established theoretically and solved analytically. On the basis of this theoretical model an electrodchemical ratemeter was developed to measure liquid rates in a gas-liquid two-phase flow. The material and shape of the measuring probes were optimized. Measuring errors in the flow fie1d caused by the probe introduction were compensated and the influence of gas phase was eliminated. This new ratemeter was proved to be reliable by measuring the liquid rate distribution of reverse flow jet loop bioreactors.
