| 摘 要： | 在普通荧光显微镜基础上,设计和研制了整套光电系统和计算机系统,实现了细胞显微荧光光谱分析和细胞内生物物质的定量检测目标,为开发新颖有效、符合我国国情的显微荧光分析仪器解决了理论和关键技术问题。

| Abstract: | Basing on the normal fluorescent microscope,we have successfully designed and developed a special photo electronic system and computer system.It realizes the aim of cellular fluorescent microspectral analysis and quantitatively measuring intracellular substances.Therefore,the theoretical and technical problems of developing a new fluorescent microscopic quantitative analytical instrument,effective and suitable for our country situation,are solved. |
