PA-6 型油井水泥降失水剂的研制

摘    要:通过对几种常用高聚物的改性和性能评价与对比,提出了抗温性较强的丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、丙烯腈为基本聚合体,配以几种高温降失水剂、稀释剂进行本体聚合的合成工艺,具有聚合能量大、反应速度快、流程简便易推广的特点。还进一步探讨了PA-6型降失水剂的降失水机理。

Abstract:This paper compares and appraises the properties of several common high polymers used in cement slurries. The heat resisting polymers - acrylamide, and acrylic acid, acrylonitrile (AM/AA/AN) are selected to be the foundamental components. Another high temperature filtration process has been defined. It is characterized by enormous energy , quick reaction and simple, easy popularization. The mechanism of sample PA 6 is also studied .
