| 摘 要： | 信息与科技期刊的关系十分密切 ,随着计算机技术的发展 ,人们获取信息的速度及数量比以往有了大幅度的提高 .科技期刊的编辑、出版与发行贯穿着信息的收集、加工、整理和传递 .出版后的科技期刊成为新的重要的信息资源 ,为广大的科技工作者服务 .同时 ,信息的采集与整理又成为期刊质量的保证 .计算机及其相关手段的出现 ,使科技期刊及编辑活动面临着一个全新的局面 .

| Abstract: | Information has close relation with sci-tech perildicals and its effect on social development is obvious. The bigger computer's effect, the more and rapider people get information. The collection , processing, arrangement , transmission of information penetrate sci-tech periodicals editing, publishing and issuing. Published sci-tech periodicals become new source of information to serve sci-tech people. Meantime, the collection and arrangement of information ensure sci-tech periodicals quality. With the developmant of computer and relative techniques, sci-tech periodicals and editors are facing new situation. |
