用DR2800测定工业用氢氧化钠中氯化钠含量的研究

摘    要:国标原方法(GB/T 4348.2—2002)测定工业氢氧化钠中氯化钠含量规定的取样量,操作比较复杂,而且不太方便,冷却时间长,影响分析速度,也不太安全。盐酸标准溶液浓度太高,不但在存放过程中容易使浓度发生变化,而且在滴定过程中容易过量而增大分析误差。结合实际情况研究了利用HACH便携式DR2800分光光度计测定工业用氢氧化钠中氯化钠含量的新方法。

Abstract:The determination of sampling quantity of sodium chloride content in sodium hydroxide for industrial use, which is specified in original method of national standard (GB/T4348.1-2000),is more complicated to operate and not convenient with longer cooling time, influences the analysis speed, and also is not very safe.Besides, the concentration of hydrochloric acid standard solution is too high ,which is easy to make the concentration change causing in the storage process, and easy to be excessive in the titration process to increases the analysis error.Connecting with actual situation, a new method for determining the sodium chloride content in sodium hydroxide for industrial use by using the ttACH portable DR2800 spectrophotometer is studied.
