杂多酸催化合成聚氧丙烯甘油醚

摘    要:采用可溶性固体杂多酸作均相反应催化剂,以及不可溶性固体杂多酸盐作非均相反应催化剂,合成了聚氧丙烯甘油醚。实验结果表明,采用杂多酸作催化剂在中温、常压条件下,就可合成了产率较高的符合工业技术指标的聚氧丙烯甘油醚。用元素分析、IR、1HNMR和羟值的测定确定了产物的组成和分子量,得出最佳合成条件。

Abstract:Polyether polyols(PE) are the primary material in the synthesis of polyurethane plastic foams,elastomers and so on.In this paper,We discussed the application of the heteropoly acid compounds(or salts) as the catalyst in the synthesis of PE under middle temperature and normal pressure.PE were characterized by elementary analysis,and IR.molecular weight was obtained through their hydroxide numerical value.
